The Society's intent is to collect memorabilia, photographs, artifacts and other material pertinent to the City of Jeannette and to protect, preserve, categorize and share this history.
The JAHS was established by John Howard in 2002 and since moving to new headquarters at 415 Clay Avenue has revamped it's extensive historical displays with themed areas detailing different facets of Jeannette History.
